The path to becoming a 200 Hour Certified Yoga Instructor from a student has been one of the most rewarding journeys of my life. Yoga has become a way of life for me, and I want to share the benefits of yoga with my community. Especially, during this day and age, we all need to take a moment of stillness, to slow down, and prioritize the things we value. Therefore, I welcome each and every one of you to get comfortable, connect with your breath, and join me in an inspiring vinyasa flow. Namaste.
