I’m a 200-hour certified yoga instructor who began my yoga journey in the summer of 2022. I received my certification here at the Mind, Body, Fitness Yoga Studio and have personally experienced the profound benefits of the mind-body connection by having a regular practice. Yoga has transformed my life, and I am dedicated to sharing its transformative power with others.
My passion lies in teaching warm yoga classes, which offers unique challenges and lessons as we move through the asanas. In my classes, I emphasize alignment, breath awareness, and mindfulness. I strive to create a nurturing space where students can comfortably explore their practice to foster strength, flexibility, and inner peace.
