200-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher

I have been practicing yoga on and off since 2011 but began to take my practice seriously toward the end of 2021. Originally, it was just meant to supplement my endurance training, but it quickly grew into much more. Once I shifted my focus to connecting with my breath and letting go of everything off my mat, I fully realized the true benefits of yoga.
In March 2024, I became a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher at Mind, Body, Fitness Yoga. I hope to inspire my students to celebrate movement, whether by challenging themselves with a new asana or honoring their body’s needs by choosing the best option for them. In my classes, I always emphasize the power of breath and its role in guiding movements. I aim to create an environment where everyone feels safe to explore, play, and come as they are.
