Our Restorative Class centers around relaxation and staying in tune with the breath. Students can expect 5-8 postures, each held for several minutes at a time. Multiple props will be used throughout the class, providing you with additional support to experience a passive stretch. This class aims to tap into the parasympathetic nervous system to soothe the mind and body, creating a deep sense of calm. Restorative is suitable for anyone looking to de-stress and unwind.

If you are looking for a slower-paced class that creates a sense of calmness and ease, our Deep Stretch Yin Class is a fantastic option for you. While many other yoga classes center around dynamic movements and building strength and balance, you can expect more passive stretches paired with intentional breath work. Postures are held for longer periods of time, with the goal to focus on the connective tissue, fascia, and ligaments. This is a great class for any yogi to add to their practice.

Our Gentle Flow Yoga Class is intended to be a soothing experience, consisting of softer movements, typically emphasizing seated, prone, and reclined postures. This allows yogis to flow through the movements comfortably while focusing on breath, lengthening the muscles, and maintaining balance within the body. This style suits anyone just beginning their yoga journey or experienced yogis looking for a more mindful and relaxing practice.

This class combines Vinyasa and Yin Yoga for a range of benefits. It begins with the Vinyasa portion, similar to our All Levels Flow, where students move smoothly from one pose to the next, guided by their breath. The last half of class transitions to the Yin portion, where poses are held for extended periods, allowing for a deeper stretch and release in the connective tissues, fascia, and ligaments. This balanced class is perfect for anyone looking to add variety to their yoga routine.

This is a Vinyasa-style class where we flow between postures using the breath as our guide. Our All Levels Flow focuses on flexibility, stability, strength, and the mind-body connection. Teachers provide options and variations for poses, making this class adaptable and allowing each yogi to customize their practice to be as accessible or challenging as needed. Enjoy a non-judgmental environment where you can make your practice your own!

Our Warm Flow Class follows a vinyasa style flow, synchronizing breath to movement. The temperature in the room usually ranges from 90°-95°F, challenging the body by building endurance and inner strength. The warmer room also allows yogi’s to surrender deeper into stretches, creating a sense of relaxation while gaining flexibility. Plenty of options are provided, making this class suitable for wherever you are in your yoga journey.

This class provides you with an opportunity to grow your practice and leave feeling like a stronger yogi. In this style, you will experience a variety of poses that incorporate strength and stamina with breath coordination. These classes are intended to empower students to work toward more challenging flows and postures while still listening to and honoring their bodies.
