200-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher

Hi I’m Tamie Davis! In 1986 I became a Nationally Certified Aerobics Instructor. I have been teaching some kind of Hi/Low Impact class ever since. As I got older, it became evident I would have to slow down and stop the high-impact effect on my body. On March 5, 2022, I became a 200-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher Graduate at Mind, Body, Fitness Yoga Studio. Yoga has helped me find my second niche in life. I taught my first Gentle Flow class on
April 7, 2022, turned 63 the next day, and haven’t looked back. I have absolutely fallen in love with teaching yoga as well as my own personal practice! I have an overabundance of gratitude for this new gift! Namaste.
